Our standard rate for WordPress blog customization is $55 / hour. We have a one-hour minimum for all work performed. If you do some comparison shopping, you will find this is a competitive rate. Hourly billing has certain benefits to it. You only pay for the services you receive. If a blog-customization project takes less time than we anticipated, you will pay less for the service. We do not charge any kind of setup fees. Again, shop around and you'll find that we are fairly priced.

2. Logo Design

We have two logo-design options:

• With the basic design option, you will be presented with two logo versions. You pick the one you want, and we will add it to your blog. Basic design is charged at the hourly rate of $55 / hour. We will get your input before we design anything. Basic logos can usually be completed within three hours ($165 at the hourly rate).
• With the advanced design option, you'll be presented with a minimum of five designs. You can choose the one you like, and even have minor changes made to get it just right. The advanced design package is charged at a flat rate of $250. In this scenario, we outsource the work to a logo-design firm and manage the process for you. Half of the $250 fee is due in advance, and the other half is due when the logo is completed.

3. Color Scheme

Most of the colors on a WordPress blog can be customized. Generally, we like to integrate some of the logo colors elsewhere on the site. This gives the blog a more professional and cohesive look. We prefer to use complementary colors to avoid "color clash."

For instance, we might use one of the logo colors for the page background. We might then use that same color for the hyperlink text. We will adjust the colors on your blog until you are fully satisfied with the appearance. This is one of the most popular aspects of our WordPress customization service, by the way.

4. Blog Training

This service picks up where our WordPress blog customization leaves off. We can teach you the ins and outs of the WordPress blogging system, until you are intimately familiar with them.
